Did you know that music and memory are connected? Here’s a Fuel Friday poem for you!
Music of Memory
Once upon a stage I played,
Bright lights shining in my face.
On my strings the bow was laid,
Freshly rosined from the case.
Then my fingers danced across
Fingerboard of blackened wood,
Playing songs of lives long past.
Tribute to the brotherhood
And to memories long gone,
Adding to them I soon would.
Time to end, time flew so fast.
One more song? I wish I could.
